Our priorities

1:2:1 Therapy

Having agency over who you are vulnerable with is important. We have a diverse array of therapists and psychologists for you to choose from.

Intersectionality is important to us, therefore, our directory is full of professionals with different lived experiences to match your needs and ease.

Staff Wellbeing

Staff wellbeing is a priority, and we believe that a healthy work environment contributes to a happier and more productive workplace. Taking care of your mental and emotional health is just as important as physical health, and our EAP is here to help you prioritize it.

Long Term impact

Our aim is for your staff to be supplied with long term impact that will carry into the workplace and daily lives. Our wellbeing programmes and therapy sessions supply staff with ground tools and resources to use beyond our services.

Wellbeing Programmes

The purpose of this programme is to supply participants with 8 weeks of well-being sessions to create a space to explore ways we can improve our mental health maintenance and sustain our wellbeing amongst works challenges.
