At Tailored Wellbeing, we provide identity-aware, culturally responsive wellbeing support for those on the frontlines of social change. In partnership with The Black Wellbeing Collective, we offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) built for the realities of social impact work — trauma exposure, burnout, and the emotional toll of care. Together, we can make wellbeing a systemic solution, not an afterthought.

What You Can Fund:

Pilot programmes targeting staff and sector groups eg. the migration and refugee sectors 'Taking Care of You' programme’
