As an integrative counsellor, I focus on supporting individuals to stand in the centre of their lives. Engaging in social impact work can lead to pouring yourself into the meaningful work that you do, sometimes at the expense of your own wellbeing. Together we will take a compassionate approach towards managing your challenges, and developing your personal resources along the way.
My focus is on helping you reconnect with your autonomy and cultivate self-compassion, recognising the unique challenges you face in your work. In our 50-minute sessions, we’ll create a safe space to explore your experiences, allowing you to navigate any feelings of overwhelm, disconnection, and stress.
I understand the complexities of balancing personal well-being with the demands of making a difference in the world. Together, we’ll uncover your core values and develop strategies that empower you to make choices aligned with who you truly are. This journey will not only foster kindness towards yourself but also enhance your ability to contribute meaningfully to your community.
If you're ready to explore your feelings and rediscover your sense of self within the context of your impactful work, I invite you to reach out. Let’s see if we're a good fit for this important journey together.

I find people’s ability to connect genuinely inspiring. There’s something very meaningful about the moments of a shared sense of being. Its encouraging to think that there’s often an area of common ground you can find with a fellow human being.

Poetry is a big creative pursuit of mine. I like it very much for the way it allows you to be playful with words, and find different ways of expressing emotions. I’m also a big fan of knitting.
