With over 9 years of experience working with children, young people, and adults across higher education, the NHS, and the charity sector, where she has gained a broad range of insights and skills.

Danielle fosters a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where clients can explore their inner selves and navigate life’s challenges such as anxieties, traumas, and relationships and life events. Her integrative therapeutic style draws on:

    • Person-Centred Therapy – placing the client’s goals and growth at the heart of the process

    • Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – understanding how thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours impact emotions

    • Psychodynamic Therapy – exploring how past experiences influence present challenges

Danielle’s work is grounded in her deep understanding of how both individual and systemic factors influence mental health, particularly in marginalised communities.

  • Her key areas of expertise include Anxiety and Anxiety Disorders, Racial Trauma, as well as Relational Support and Development. Danielle is experienced in working with clients within the LGBTQIA+ community and is committed to addressing the complexities of intersectionality—acknowledging the multiple, overlapping aspects of identity such as race, gender, and sexuality that shape her clients' experiences.

  • Outside of her practice, Danielle is an avid traveller, having visited 29 countries, where she’s embraced diverse cultures and cuisines— She is also passionate about the outdoors and has developed a love for hiking.
